As we work with multiple trusted suppliers, shipping and processing times vary from product to product. Please check the product description on each item before placing your order, as it contains the estimated processing and delivery timeframe specific to that product.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the shipping information provided on the product page.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately, as products can be dispatched from different fulfilment centres. Separate tracking numbers may be provided where applicable.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges that may apply in their country.
